Obstruction of the bladder : Because the tumor grows bigger, the urethra is getting squeezed, patients with prostate cancer feel urinate into noncurrent or more frequent urination, urgency dysuria and other irritants. Even some prostate cancer patients can not urinate and result into urinary retention.

SPREAD ( METASTASIS ) : The first deployment of prostate cancer usually is to the bone. When you have the spread to the bones of patients will experience severe pain, increasing the possibility of fracture risk, immune deficiency, and anemia.

Metastasis to regional lymph nodes, blood vessels around cancer can disrupt bottom extremity circulation and edema of the perineum.

Metastasis to the lungs, it can cause chest pain, infection of the lungs, difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, etc.

Metastasis to the liver, the liver can cause discomfort, jaundice, etc.

Metastases to the brain can cause headaches, vomiting, dizziness, etc.

Advanced prostate cancer patients can suffer from pleural effusion, ascites, edema systematic, etc.
