Skin Cancer Preventing Foods

The global warming cause thinning of the ozone layer. With the depletion of the ozone layer will facilitate the ultraviolet ( UV) radiation from the sun more easily penetrate the earth. The skin is exposed to UV rays have an increased risk of skin cancer.

To care for and maintain healthy skin There are many ways that you can do such as using a moisturizer and also eat healthy foods that can prevent skin cancer. The following skin cancer prevention diet :

1. Turmeric
Turmeric is known as complementary spice seasoning, apparently also useful for preventing skin cancer  as turmeric contains curcumin which is the main source of active polyphenolic compounds that can fight against the development of skin cancer. Curcumin in turmeric can also reduce inflammation and works as an antioxidant that can repair damaged skin.

3. Green tea

Drinking green tea also can make your body stay hydrated, where it is also an important factor for maintaining healthy skin.

4. Salmon
Besides the delicious taste, salmon is also one of the foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that can counteract the inflammation and overcome the adverse effects of sunlight on the skin. Not only that, salmon also contains fat, protein and selenium can also help the skin heal skin wounds.
