The latest research shows that consuming tomato juice every day can provide many benefits, ranging from shrink waistlines, preventing inflammation, prevent heart disease, cancer, and osteoporosis in women.
The research results revealed by the research team in Taiwan after observing data of 30 women. The women were asked to consume 280 mL tomato juice containing 32.5 mg of lycopene. Consumption of tomato juice known imposes diminution waistlines by up to 1.5 cm and helps lose weight.
